A native of St. Helena Island in Beaufort, South Carolina, I’ve dedicated over 30 years to teaching in the Beaufort County School District. My impact as an educator was recognized through a Teacher of Excellence nomination in Savannah, Georgia, and a feature in Voyage ATL magazine (October 2019) when I was known as Sharon Singleton-Brown.

For more than two decades, I have balanced my teaching career with helping families find their perfect homes in our beautiful Lowcountry community. My deep understanding of local neighborhoods and school zones, combined with active involvement in organizations like Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and CAPA’s “PS We Love You” Group, allows me to offer unique insights to my clients.
