1978. Pat has served as president of the Beaufort-Jasper County Realtors in 1989 and 1990 as well as 2006 and 2007. She opened Hometown Realty in 1992 with the desire to give Realtors an opportunity to work in a comfortable, professional and extremely ethical atmosphere. All associates with Hometown Realty are not only helpful and understanding to their clients, but also to their fellow Realtors. Pat believes that communication is a very critical part of this business as well as life in general.

Pat has been involved in Mediation since 1995 and has completed the 2 ½ day course in Chicago sponsored by the National Association of Realtors. She was selected Realtor of the Year twice, and is involved with numerous civic and community activities, understanding the importance of giving back to the community in which she works. In 2024 Pat was presented with a House Resolution by the S.C. House of Representatives. It is no surprise that she is a multi-million-dollar producer. With her sincere love for real estate and helping people, sales come easily.
