Colleen Lightfoot came to Beaufort with the United States Marine Corps in 1977 and decided that this was home. Colleen began her real estate career in 1983 with Shamrock Realty, listing, selling, and managing rental property. Colleen also worked with Beaufort Construction and Patterson Realty. Not only did she sell homes on Broad Street, but she assisted with the final phase of planning and coordinating construction of Broad Street and Beaufort Industrial Village.

Colleen feels at home being associated with Hometown Realty and enjoys working with buyers and sellers.
