A Carolina native, Barry has lived in North and South Carolina his entire life and has spent countless hours boating, fishing, and sailing the creeks, rivers, and coastal waters of the Lowcountry.

Barry’s professional background is diverse. After working for many years in his family’s construction business, he earned his MBA from Western Carolina University and went on to serve as an SBA business consultant and licensed building contractor. Today, he owns and operates a local sailing charter business while also serving clients as a licensed REALTOR®. As a real estate investor for more than 16 years, Barry brings firsthand experience in buying, selling, renovating, and investing in property.

Fluent in Spanish through his two-year religious outreach mission as a young adult, Barry is able to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking clients throughout the buying and selling process.

Whether helping clients find their dream home, sell a property, or evaluate an investment opportunity, Barry’s unique combination of construction expertise, business experience, investment knowledge, and local market insight allows him to guide clients with confidence from start to finish.

Barry and his wife, Stephanie, live on Saint Helena Island and feel blessed to raise their five children here and call the beautiful Beaufort area home. He is passionate about helping others with their real estate needs, whether Beaufort is already home or soon will be.
